Usage is counted per AI-assisted customer conversation each month. When the AI first replies to a contact during the month, that conversation uses 1 chat from your organization’s monthly allowance. Each chat includes up to 100 AI credits—for example, if a reply uses 2 credits, that covers about 50 AI replies. Conversations handled entirely by your team do not count toward AI usage.

How does WhatsApp connection work?

Start quickly by linking an existing WhatsApp Business app with a QR scan. Higher-volume deployments can use the official WhatsApp Business Platform for larger messaging limits and a more durable business connection.

A channel is a connected customer messaging account or number. Free supports 1 active channel, Starter 2, Basic 4, Pro 10, and Growth 20.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram Bot, email, and web chat are available channel types. Facebook Messenger, WeChat, and LINE remain planned and do not count until they are available and connected.

Integration limits

Free and Starter support 2 connected integrations. Basic, Pro, and Growth include unlimited integration connections, subject to provider permissions and fair-use safeguards.

Shopify, Cal.com, REST API, and signed webhooks are available integration options. A disconnected tool does not consume an active integration slot.
